Pipe Relining
No-dig pipe relining for damaged drains and sewers across East Gippsland, a permanent fix without tearing up your property.
The traditional answer to a cracked, root-invaded, or collapsed sewer pipe used to involve excavators, torn-up gardens, broken driveways, and days of disruption. Pipe relining has changed that entirely. Using a resin-impregnated liner that’s cured in place inside the existing pipe, we can create a smooth, jointless new pipe within the old one without digging. The result is a repair that’s designed to last 50 years or more, and your yard stays intact.
At Gould Plumbing we use quality relining systems and take the time to properly prepare the pipe before inserting the liner. Cutting corners on the prep, like not clearing the pipe thoroughly or not getting an accurate camera assessment first, leads to liners that don’t bond properly or don’t seal the problem completely. So we do it right from the start. The pipe is cleared, the damage is assessed on camera, the liner is measured and prepared properly, and the finished result is inspected to confirm it’s sealed and smooth before we pack up.
Pipe relining is particularly well suited to East Gippsland’s older housing stock where clay and earthenware pipes are common and tree root intrusion is a frequent problem. It’s also ideal for pipes under driveways, beneath slabs, or in tight spots where excavation would be genuinely destructive or expensive. If you’ve had repeated blockages in the same location, or a camera inspection has shown damage in your drainage system, pipe relining is very likely your most cost-effective and least disruptive option.
